Customers may return a product within 14 days.

The 14-day interval begins from the day the client received the product. Returned items will only be accepted in their original resalable condition - unused, with original tags, labels, and packaging if applicable. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer covers return fees. If a return is accepted, we will refund even this amount, please provide a valid receipt.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Wrong size sent
Damaged product or packaging
Shipped to the wrong address

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted. If the returned product meets the conditions for a refund, we will refund the customer for the cost of the product as well as the original shipping fees. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of payment. If there is a special situation that prevents us from shipping your order on time, logistic will notify the team immediately.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: We only accept returns on swimwear and underwear after opening the packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
